"Kapag Ako Ay Nagmahal" tells the story of two dancers, Andrea and Jack, whose accidental meeting started off on the wrong foot. Andrea dreams of following her mom’s footsteps as a prima ballerina while Jack is a member of a hip-hop dance group called "Dancesynergy". Jack stepping on Andrea's injured foot at a bar will begin a series of clashes between them. But in the midst of conflict, will they hear the music that unites the beating of their hearts?
