This January 12, a new show takes over the time slot of Abt Ur Luv! Starting this Saturday, we can all look forward to "Astigs", a teen-oriented show, that will feature different stories to watch out for every six weeks. No need to worry though since some of your favorite posse in Abt Ur Luv will still be seen here in Star Magic’s latest pet project. The regular cast of "Astigs" is composed of AJ Perez, Chris Gutierrez, Angelo Patrimonio, Enchong Dee and Dino Imperial.

For the initial offering, the story is about four high school guys who have a simple wish, that is, to be accepted in school for who they are. And just like any other youngster, they dream to be a part of the "popular crowd". One sure way to be known is to belong in a school club. But no one wants to accept them so they decide to put up a club of their own which they call "Astig". And their core vision is to accept anyone who dares to be different.

Be sure to catch the adventures and misfortunes that Andoy (Imperial), Sean (Guittierez), Ipe (Dee), Galo (Patrimonio) and Tyler (Perez) will come across as they gain an equally "famed" status with the cool group with Ilai (Carlo Guevarra) at its helm. Meet the whole gang, Saturdays, after School Ramble.

Dino Imperial plays Andoy, the leader of the Astig club who’s a walking fashion disaster. He is an ukay guy who thinks he is stylish when in fact everybody, even his sister Joselyn (Lauren Young) laughs at his weird choice of outfits. His father Rico (Bob dela Cruz) is a one-hit wonder in the 70s while his mother Geraldine (Nene Tamayo) works as the breadwinner of the family. She’s a masseuse in a spa frequented by rich people.

Enchong Dee will be playing Ipe, an insecure guy because of how he looks. He loves to sing but unfortunately, he really doesn’t have the voice to make it in the glee club. However, he’s oblivious to this fact. Hence, he can’t understand why he was rejected during the audition.

AJ Perez stars as Tyler, the fifth member who will complete the distinctive group although with a lot of difficulty on the other four’s part. He seems to be the most normal-looking guy among them but if you begin to get to know him, he’s somewhat a slow learner who easily forgets his own agenda for the day.

Chris Guittierez is Sean who’s allergic to almost everything. This repels some people but in truth, he is a nice guy who loves to help. He’s a nervous wreck though and has panic attacks when under pressure.

Angelo Patrimonio will be playing Galo, a disaster magnet wherever he goes but he still finds the good in everything. His self-esteem will eventually develop through the support of his newfound friends.
