It's a very special episode as Ryan Agoncillo goes up against perfect pairs like choreographers & dancers, doctors & nurses, CEo's & secretaries, homeowners & their househelp  and lastly, lawyers & their clients. "Scare me some more, why don't you,. Puro matatalino ito," Ryan says to the host in jest. Edu also proudly announces that the actor/host comes from one of the finest schools in the country, which also happens to be his alma mater, La Salle University. 

Ryan shares his month long experience in the island of Cuyo, Palawan, with girlfriend Judy Ann Santos to shoot a movie. He tells the host that part of his winnings will go to the community hospital of Cuyo. But it was off to a slow start for Ryan when noone got eliminated in the first round, but he managed beat 19 by the fifth round. Another 17 were dropped in the seventh round and a whooping 39 got it wrong by the eighth round, giving him a total of P561,000.  "Ayokong maging madamot. Gusto ko pang makalaro yung mob," Ryan says after opting to go on for the 2M despite elminating all of his ten picks already.

When the time came that he had to go head to head with just one mob member, Doctor Chua, Ryan implores her, "Doc, kung sakali kayo ang manalo, puwede ko bang mahingi ang commitment niyo na matulungan yung hospital sa Cuyo? Deal po Doc?" In the end, the lady doctor outsmarted Ryan in a geography question and she ended up taking home P689,000 in the end. "Doc, panalo ka dun sa round na yun. Ang inaalala ko kasi, matulungan yung sa Cuyo. I'm sure you'll keep your word and penge namang balato dyan," he says good-naturedly.
