Getting married with Paolo when they are not even in love with each other is unthinkable for Bettina. But when she found herself pregnant with his baby and their moms suddenly arrived at the resort, she’s left with no choice but to wed him. At least Paolo’s considerate enough to pretend that he’s a love-struck groom. But deep down, Bettina’s hurt for she is secretly in love with him since they were kids.

Since Paolo married her for the wrong reasons, Bettina refuses to do her wifely duties. She doesn’t even want them to sleep on the same bed. No matter how unreasonable she is though, Paolo tries to understand her moods due to her condition.

Just when they are beginning to get used to their married life, Bettina becomes angry again when Paolo came to their cottage drunk one night. As such, she leaves him out in the cold until the next day, wherein she finds him ill with fever!
