Famous magician Ismael is worried when a senior magician arrives in the carnival he works in. To help her husband, Charisma secretly speaks to the senior magician who offers her the manual to the trick of cutting a human body into four parts, in exchange though of 20,000 pesos.
Charisma goes to her father for money, but her father still hates Ismael for stealing his tricks and taking Charisma away. But unable to turn her back on her daughter, the father agrees to sell his house to raise the money, but on one condition. Soon after, Charisma gives Ismael the manual. But when Ismael presents the trick using his wife as a prop, he fails to piece Charima's body back together. Ismael is shocked and the audience is terrified. Charisma later tells the condition given by the old magician in exchange of the book, that for the trick to be successful, her husband's love for her must be true. She also confesses that her father agreed to give the money if she decides to leave Ismael.
The old magician mysteriously appears and puts Charisma back together. Charisma is deeply thankful, and the old magician says that he loves Charisma so much. The old magician later turns out to be Charisma's father.
Regretting his actions, Ismael performs his final trick and turns himself into a white dove. Then back in the province, as Charisma begins her new life with her father, she is suddenly intrigued by a crying white dove perched on the roof.
