Alex has been widowed for four years already and is ready to get married again. But he's walking on eggshells when it comes to his son Mcoy, who wants him to remain faithful to his deceased wife. As such, he tries to find a way to endear his girlfriend Marith to Mcoys heart.

Alex enrolls Mcoy in a summer art class where Marith is a teacher. In the days that followed, Mcoy develops a huge crush on her, which further complicates their situation. Several times Mcoy catches his dad being unusually close to his teacher but Alex denies the real status of their relationship.

Until such time Alex decides to tell the truth to his son. At first, Mcoy resists any possibility of having a new mommy. But he finally sees reason after thinking things through. In the end, he even proposes marriage to Marith for his dad and they become one happy family from then on.
