Manang Maria tells Ruby that Bridget's former name is Sapphire Gomez, but was changed to Bridget Ramirez when she got adopted.Unfortunately, Bridget already left, but she's working in a department store right now. However, Papi tells her to be cautious, as they still don't have proof. Soon Papi Berns and Ruby decide to look for Bridget in a department store. As luck would have it, they bump into Bridget! The three then have lunch, and Ruby tells her about Manang Maria. However, Bridget denies it, but Ruby discovers that Bridget's real name is indeed Sapphire Gomez!

Meanwhile, Alberta recalls a part of her past, where she's still with the mysterious man who claims to be her former lover. It turns out that the man's name is Jimbo, and repeatedly beat her when they were still together. It turns out that her current husband was her boss, a lawyer who offered her kindness, and assured her that he will fight for her rights. However, she gets to her destination, and tells Jimbo to stop bothering her. However he threatens her that he'll tell her current husband that something happened between the two if them, even if Alberta wasn't with Jimbo anymore!

On the other hand, Emerald's phone gets destroyed, as Chorva tries to get a peek at the person she's talking to. But it seems it's a good thing for Emerald, as her secret is still safe. Soon Emerald goes home, and sees Bridget, who turns out to be Sapphire! However, Emerald still has her doubts, and Sapphire tells her that it's really okay if they don't accept her.
