Last week, showbiz columnist Lolit Solis wrote about actors Sam Milby and Piolo Pascual, claiming that they were getting cozy in a particular hotel. This Sunday, Sam Milby gives his opinion about the write-up, only here on The Buzz!

Last Monday, October 15, Pilipino Star Ngayon featured an article from Lolit Solis, entitled "Piolo and Sam, Naglalampungan!" This rattled the whole showbiz world, as it maliciously claims that Piolo and Sam are a couple. She recalls being at Sofitel last October 12, and claims that she saw the two together at the same place, at around four in the afternoon.

However, various people claim that the two weren't together that day. The management at Sofitel Hotel says, "We are not aware of the presence of the actors...". Also, Piolo was scheduled for a Timex photo shoot that day, and a Timex representative confirms that: "Piolo came early at the Timex shoot at 3:30, though his call time was 4 P.M... Piolo stayed throughout the shoot....Piolo left around 7-8 P.M." His fellow actress Angel Locsin claims to have been with Piolo the whole time during the shoot, as they were both endorsers of the said brand. "Noong araw na 'yon, magkakasama kami," Angel says. Sam Milby, on the other hand, was getting a hair cut at the same time last October 12. "Mga four o'clock andun sya...naka-log po 'yun," Jun Soliano, Essensuals Toni and Guy stylist says.

Now for the first time, Sam Milby drops by The Buzz to break the silence, and shares his thoughts on Lolit Solis' claim. "At 3:30 I left for Essensuals Toni and Guy," Sam says, and adds that he stayed there until around six in the evening, after which he headed to Alabang.

But is he angry? "Yes, I am upset," Sam says. He adds that having an opinion about him is one thing, but fabricating a story and writing about it is another, as it is totally below the belt. He says that he was infuriated the first time he heard about it, as both he and Piolo were singled out. As such, he will take this to court if ever the columnist refuses to take back what she wrote. "If she doesn't retract or do a public apology, I will sue," Sam seriously says. "This is where you draw the line, this is below the belt, and I just want to stand up for what is right," he adds.

"Miss Lolit, I don't personally know you but what you did is below the belt and I am demanding from you a retraction or a public apology or I will sue," Sam shares.

On the other hand, Piolo claims to have answered regarding this matter quite a number of times before, so he won't speak about it again. Right now, he is talking to his lawyer on how to coordinate with Sam's lawyer, regarding this matter.
