Bernard decides to find Rodrigo so he can ask him to agree on exhuming Carding's body for further autopsy. He pulls over a store with Jake for a snack, and their they see Robert in an interview with Greta, who is unable to say anything about his estranged father. She later tells him that she is thankful to him and that he loves him like her true father. Bernard hears from Jake that Ramon is furious about the exhumation approval, and Bernard further suspects that Ramon has a lot to hide. On the ride, he finds Robbie opening up a car. He picks the young man and warns him to stop what he is doing. Robbie says that he is only finding a way so Margarita would stop working in the club. Bernard warns him that he will continuously watch him, and if he again does something bad, he has no choice but to lock him up. Margarita cries as she sees Robbie in the door with Bernard. Bernard tells her that he just found Robbie wandering in the streets. Later, Robbie apologizes to his sister and tells her that he wants her to quit the club. Margarita tells him that she will quit as soon as she had earned enough for their education plan. Margarita and Bernard again meet in Carding's grave. There, they learn of each others' connection. Afterwards, at the station, Ramon threatens his godson that he will not hesitate to suspend him if he goes against him. When Bernard receives the autopsy report claiming that Carding died of a natural cause, he is disappointed. Ramon then demands an apology from Bernard, but Bernard believes that he has nothing to be sorry about. Robbie finds a flyer of Robert under Margarita's bed. He asks Didith about the flyer, and later Robbie rushes to Robert's speech. There, Robert is heckled by a man who says that Jessica is just his mistress and that he abandoned his family. Robert is humiliated, and Margarita could only feel sorry for her father. |
