Flor proceeds to put sleeping pills in Gary's coffe, but he arrives just in time to see her in the act! He then charges to Brigida's room to demand for an explanation, but much to Flor's surprise, Brigida admits that it was all her idea, saving Flor in the process! As such, all the blame is put on the old lady, who is sent and locked away in another room by the enraged Gary!

On the other hand, Jo finds herself in a dilemma, as she hears Flor's screams from outside the room! As such, she pretends to go nuts again, as she has led Gary to believe that she's still out of her mind! Soon, she is led to the room, and she tells Flor that they must escape, as Gary is fleeing to another country, with them in tow!

Things don't go as well as planned, and Flor, Jo and Brigida end up still as Gary's hostages in the end! Forcefully put in the same car as Gary's, Jo thinks fast, amidst Flor's tears! She then pretends to be mad again, leaving Gary no choice but to drop her off at the nearest hospital for treatment! Once left alone, the three decide to escape, leaving the Jo-smitten Gary astonished, and much in a state of shock, as it dawned on him that his beloved Jo has turned her back agianst him!
