Lying has always been Jasmine’s expertise so she still ends up explaining why she suddenly left the hotel to Lolo Greg. After that brief phone call, Julian impulsively asks her to flee the country for them to escape their dilemma. But then again, reality soon sets in for Julian has to attend to the reporters who are raring to get his side of the story following Annika’s announcement of their break up.

Julian then confronts Annika about her latest scheme but she further enrages him with her foolish accusations. As such, Julian has no choice but to hurt her with the truth that he doesn’t love her anymore. He then returns home with Jasmine to inform Lolo Greg about her father’s refusal for her to be legally adopted. Lolo Greg on the other hand is determined to do whatever it takes just to have his way.

As such, Julian is forced to pretend that he also opposes Jasmine’s adoption because he doesn’t want to share his inheritance with her. In the meantime, he vows to Jasmine that he is simply waiting for the right time before revealing their true relationship to their family.
