Indyanara Jones (Ogie Diaz) arrives in Tabuneknek to warn the people about a coming storm. An eclectic weather reporter/environmentalist, Indyanara hopes to be featured in the National Geographic. Despite his odd instruments and techniques in predicting the weather, the people of Tabuneknek believe him, but Major Ret sees him as a fraud. Panic pervades though as everyone prepare for the storm. Indyanara uses his video camera to document the event as sky darkens. To his disappointment, only one big drop of rain falls.

But Indyanara returns unashamed the next day when his instrument read of possible earthquake. Doc Aga arranges a quake drill for the townspeople in preparation for the tragedy, but Ret doubts that the prediction will come true.
