Billy offers his allegiance to Mayor Jojo in exchange of protection from the syndicate. But doubting Billy's intention, Jojo orders his man to spy on the young cop and orders to kill Lea.  Meanwhile, Lea tells the police that Billy was on the scene when Ian got shot, and since Billy is suspended from duty, he becomes a suspect to the crime. 

At the hospital, Mon begins to regain his memories of Mina and Janet wishing his immediate death so they can take over all his wealth.  He later visits Lea at the boarding house to check on her.
