Tito Boy and Bernard Palanca head off to the balut capital of Pateros to check out the city where the two major industries are shoes and ducks. Bernard, who admits to eating balut all the time, even boasts that he can even finish off 6-8 baluts in one sitting. "I usually cook for myself. I like my eggs scrambled.
