Much speculation has been said about an isolated incident involving ABS-CBN talents Ms. Claudine Barretto and Ms. Angel Locsin.

Claudine and Angel met last Wednesday, July 23, 2008 in the presence of

several ABS-CBN executives, namely Ms. Malou Santos, Ms. Cory Vidanes, Mr.

Roxy Liquigan, Star Magic’s Ms. Mariole Alberto, Angel Locsin’s Ms. Becky Aguila, Claudine’s husband Mr. Raymart Santiago, and other close

associates;

Although there have been no denials about the said incident, we would like

to clarify certain points about the issue:

·that Claudine and Angel have seen and talked to each other at a salon

last July 4, 2008;

·that during that chance meet, Claudine and Angel talked about certain

issues which has been magnified, grossly exaggerated and ultimately has

been blown out of proportion by certain camps.

Therefore, in the meeting set,

·there have been clarifications made by the two camps,

·they recognized, acknowledged and validated the feelings of each

other;

All in all, the meeting ended on a very positive note, and that both

Claudine and Angel have agreed to put all these behind them.

Hopefully all further speculation and intrigue ceases with this development.
