After getting married and becoming a mother of two, Teleserye Queen Claudine Barretto now returns to the drama arena via a more mature role in Iisa Pa Lamang."Kasi every year as you grow older dapat yung mga role na pino-portray mo is suited sa edad mo. I’m going to play someone married to a much older man, and at one point in the story magkakaanak ako," Claudine explains.

To fit into their respective characters, Claudine and the cast of Iisa Pa Lamang went through a workshop under Direk Laurice Guillen who is also a part of the cast. Claudine admits she is reluctant to do workshops because she sometimes finds the exercises silly, but she also reveals that it is only during workshops that she realizes how the activities help draw out her best. She even reveals that she got the lowest scores in one activity, which urged her to further hone her craft.

The workshop also helped Claudine prepare for intimate love scenes she had with her two leading men, Diether Ocampo and Gabby Concepcion. "Isa sa mga na-workshop namin is to how to feel comfortable with your partner. Ang hirap kasi syempre may asawa ako pero still it’s your responsibility as an actor, for as long as you know your limitations," the actress says.
