Recently, there have been reports that Wowowee mainstay and Maxim cover girl RR Enriquez has let fame go to her head and threw a very diva-like tantrum at the comedy revue show, Poohkwang. ABS-CBN.COM bumped into the sexy starlet right after Wowowee’s Saturday live show to get her side of the babe-turned-brat issue.

RR strongly denied the allegations and she swears all the intrigues about her aren’t true. The sexy comedienne said things were blown out of proportion. “Ganito kasi ‘yan, nagsimula ‘yan nung gabi ng show ni Pokwang sa MusicMuseum (Poohkwang).”

She was with fellow Wowowee co-hosts Mariel Rodriguez and Valerie Concepcion, the latter of whom also brought her family to the show. A confusion over seating arrangements and ticket prices later became the cause of the problem. “Kasama kong dumating sina Val at Mariel. Kasama rin ni Valerie ang pamilya niya. I bought two tickets at two thousand pesos each for me and my PA (personal assistant named Andy) pero hindi agad kami pinaupo roon (P2,000 seating area) ng staff ng show. Doon kami pinaupo sa tabi nina Val whose tickets were priced at P1,650. So, nung magsimula na ang show hanggang sa kalagitnaan nandoon kami nakaupo. Then, pinasabi ko na sa PA ko na gusto ko nang lumipat dahil hindi naman talaga yun ang seat namin.”

RR’s PA sought assistance from one of the show’s staff for the seating change. According to RR, they were seated near the speakers so she had to raise her voice in order to be heard by the staffer. RR believes that the staffer misunderstood the rise in the volume of her voice as a scolding-shouting session by the co-host.

RR swears that she is not the type who’d shout at people even if they have done something wrong. She believes that talking is still the best way to deliver your message so she hopes the misunderstanding will be cleared up soon.
